This week, the football gods have gave upon us two terrific clashes of perennial top-seven teams, one matchup—Manchester City vs. Liverpool—featuring the top two from last season. The other blockbuster match featuresEverton hosting Arsenal at Goodison Park.Both sides struggled to impose their will against "lesser" sides on the opening day, with the former drawing 2-2 at Leicester and the latter squeezing past Crystal Palace at home.
After stylishly dismissing Burnley 3-1 in their opening Premier League game, Chelsea turn their attentions to another newly promoted side, Leicester City. Diego Costa, Andre Schurrle and BranislavIvanovic were on target as the Blues began the new season in fine form and the London club are favorites to win the title after making a string of impressive signings during the summer transfer window.The Blues will be expected to make it two wins out of two in the top flight on Saturday but Brazil 2014 winner Schurrle says there is room for improvement in Jose Mourinho's side.
